Estates Corporation is a private company registered in the Marshall
Islands with representative offices in Australia and Greece. The company
focuses on real estate and its main activities include
property management and investment advice for its existing clients.
The geographical focus is in Europe and especially Greece where most of
the managed properties are located but with the ultimate goal to expand
globally. Estates Corp. is involved in a wide array of Real Estate
assets including but not limited to land, residential, commercial and
office space; always looking for competitively priced assets, with a
particular interest in distressed properties.
This practice follows the company’s philosophy that real estate is a
long-term investment whose risks can be mitigated through
diversification in various geographical markets and property types.

Mr Costantinos Sistovaris
After obtaining his bachelor degree in Brown University he continued his
academic carrier by acquiring a master’s degree in the “Famous” London
school of economics. After working for Beta securities (a stockbroker /
financial advisor) in Greece and the Atlantic Bank of New York (as
special project manager) He joined the Estates Corporation. He speaks
fluently Greek, English, and French and he would be delighted to serve
your needs in either advice, investment opportunities or management of
real estate holdings.
