M/Y "MOXIE II"

Moxie II is a classic, sleek wooden guibli of 22 meters length. This yacht offers accommodation of larger yachts with performance and trouble free crusing of a 16 meter yacht!

The owners have owned it for at least 10 years and they have not spared money on her maintenance both on the hull and the engines that’s why she has to be seen to be appreciated! She was painted and her engine was serviced just 7 months ago and she will be found in ‘turn key’ condition.

All the main deck floors are covered with teak wood suiting well with all the exterior floors. In the living room there is a big table which folds open with comfortable couches around that can seat 10 guests easily. There is tv/video player and stereo system. Going forward towards the bow the fully equipped bridge is situated (same level as the living room) with all latest tech equipment including mini m. there is also a small sitting area with folding table for 4 people for a casual lunch or dinner or it can be used as a cards table for privacy. The kitchen is reasonable spacious and offers all necessary cooking appliances to cater for up to 15 guests.

Moving to the level below the layout of this yacht offers comfortable accommodation for 8 guests. The owners suite features a queen size bed, tv/video systems and large bathroom. It also features a large walking closet for the lady. The vip bedroom situated towards the bow is equipped with double bed and ensuite bathroom while the two guest bedrooms on the sides both offer two single beds and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with cassette/radio systems. There is a bedroom for two people of the crew towards the bow with ensuite small bathroom.

The fying bridge features large mattresses for sunbathing and a table for ‘al fresko’ dining. There is space for a large tender and equipped with a powerful crane.

All doors ie main entrance, side doors and exit leading to the flying bridge are opened/closed with hydraulic systems. She is flagged under greek flag and professional status thus it’s a very cost efficient choice for the demanding yatchtsman.
